• An Improved Home. Manage, organize, and search for your PDFs on both your computer and cloud storage services from the Home view. It includes a recent files list, tool recommendations for editing your PDF, a search box, and context-sensitive menus that allow you to take actions across multiple files and monitor the status of shared documents.
• View, Edit, and Create PDF Documents. Create high-quality PDFs with the ability to edit and change text, images, and even the metadata.
• Convert Documents. Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents—in addition to JPEG images, web pages, and more—can be exported into PDFs for editing and sharing. You can also use Acrobat to convert PDFs to Word, Excel, or PowerPoint formats while preserving fonts, formatting, and layouts.
• Scanning Documents. Documents can be scanned directly into Acrobat, and the built-in OCR is designed to recognize the text and make it searchable, even when it’s live text included in an image.
• Create Protected PDFs. Add restrictions to your document to prevent others from copying, editing, or printing sensitive information. Acrobat 2020 also supports Microsoft Azure Information Protection (AIP) and Information Protection using Office 365.
